  • Building permit and home owner's warranty certificate.
  • Direct Registered Builder contact from start to finish – No Supervisors, No Salesman.

  • 3 month maintenance after completion.
  • Stormwater, sewer and electrical connections, excludes electrical and telephone account opening fees. All service connections are based on standard 600sqm block with 5m setback and up to 300mm fall.
  • Soil test and engineered footing design.
  • N2 wind rating.
  • Bushfire BAL 12.5 standards (site specific).

Foundations

  • Engineered waffle-pod concrete slab to class “H” soil classification with a maximum fall of 300mm. 
  • Excludes the presence of fill, rock and removal of spoil.

Facade

  • Your choice of feature facade (may be additional costs on select facades).
  • Facades include, upgraded windows, acrylic textured render, fibre cement sheet panelling, and feature timber cladding (product specific).
